Our Store Policies

At Beller's Music, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!

Lesson Policy:

We don't charge registration fees to sign up for lessons, but we do ask that you pre-pay your first lesson. Lessons are to be paid directly to the teacher via check or cash, and paid on a monthly basis at or before the beginning of each month.

If an absence is necessary, please notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance and schedule a make-up lesson. We realize that there will be unavoidable circumstances which prevent a student from attending their scheduled lesson. Please understand that our instructors rely on their teaching income and it is not fair to them to have uncompensated time in their schedules.  Failure to show for a lesson without proper notice will result in forfeiting that lesson fee and no refund will be given.

Merchandise Returns:

We have selected all of our merchandise with care and consideration to ensure your satisfaction!  If you have any questions about an item on our Website or in-store, please feel free to give us a call, use our contact form or stop on by and we will do our best to assist you.

Due to the nature of specialty items, we cannot accept returns for special orders, custom orders, consignment items, used, one-of-a-kind items, or (used/opened) harmonicas.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer calls for return authorization within three (3) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges in the return process unless due to defect or shipping damage. All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address on the original shipping label. A 10% restocking fee would apply to non-defective returns.

Return authorization numbers are valid for a period of two (2) weeks from date of issue, after that time we will not be able to accept items for return.

Privacy Policy Overview:

We are staunch supporters of privacy and respect your right of privacy. However, there is some information of yours which we do need to keep:

  • When you order, we do need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, credit card number, CVV, and expiration date. Without this information we cannot process, ship or contact you about your order.

  • All orders and personal information is sent via secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information you input before it is sent for processing. We (and our processor and payment gateway) are protected against unauthorized access.

  • We will not give out your telephone number, credit card information, or login information unless you authorize us to do so or we are legally compelled to do so.
